2 or 3 units for 1 year, or 2 units for 2 years (+optional 1 or 2 unit extension) optional exam for UAI.

Information technology is a rapidly evolving industry experiencing sustainable growth. This course provides opportunities to gain relevant technical, business and interpersonal skills for employment.

Study in the Information Technology Industry Curriculum Framework leads to many career opportunities:

Students must do a minimum of 35 hours in the workplace for each 120 hours (2u x 1yr) of study.

Qualifications available to students are AQF certificate I and II in Information Technology. Students may be eligible for credit towards an AQF Certificate III. These qualifications are recognised Australia wide.
